Situated in the vibrant heart of Helsinki, Kiasma Café invites you to enjoy a unique blend of art and gastronomy. Nestled within the Kiasma Museum of Contemporary Art, this café offers not just a meal, but an enriching experience that reflects the pulse of the city.

The café boasts a delightful menu featuring fresh salads, scrumptious brunch options, and a variety of smoothies that tantalize the taste buds. One standout dish is the delightful salad, where the vibrant flavors of shrimp and parsley harmonize beautifully with the earthy tones of quinoa and carrot. Pair it with a refreshing glass of French white wine for a truly enjoyable lunch experience. As one satisfied customer noted, the quality is consistently high, making a meal here both pleasing and satisfying.

But it's not just the food that captures attention; it's the ambience that truly sets Kiasma Café apart. With large windows allowing natural light to flood the space and a charming terrace overlooking a tranquil water pool, this café serves as an inviting retreat on sunny days. The atmosphere is a dynamic mix where contemporary art, the footsteps of skateboarders, and the bustling life of Helsinki converge to create a unique vibe. You'll find a delightful place to meet friends or relax solo, soaking in the creative energy that surrounds you.

The café does present a casual dining approach where customers serve themselves, allowing for a relaxed experience. While some patrons, like Jennifer F, noted this aspect in their reviews, others, like Balraj Rathod, appreciated the overall wonder of enjoying a meal surrounded by art, right next to a delightful museum souvenir shop. Here, the experience of dining is elevated, as you indulge in culinary delights while basking in the inspiring art that Kiasma showcases.

A great place to meet on a sunny summer afternoon. Facing the road leading to Helsinki centre. It's a bit expensive but a wonderful experience for museum and a cafe. Also, there is a museum souvenir shop adjacent to the cafe. Indoor searing is great too.

I like this place a lot. The table by the big window or, if it's not rainy or windy, terrace by the water pool are pleasant. The atmosphere of skateboarders, contemporary art and the beating heart of Helsinki is unique. I had salad of two choices ( shrimp&parsley and quinoa&carrot) and a glass of French white wine. Very good quality. Everything was fresh and tasty. Cashier service was friendly and easy-going. The place was clean.

I always like a good cafe in a museum. This one has a nice and well-priced lunch with a salad buffet and soup included for under €16, which I enjoyed. I rated service lower since you serve yourself.

Good cafe in Kiasma museum. Interesting menu with average prices. Was glad to see three different types of smoothies here. Nice view to the street

Great lunch options and vegan and gluten free options clearly marked for the main menu and at the salad bar. Food was tasty and the bread was so good! Can order a soup or a lunch buffet and the salad bar is included. Soup and lunch buffet are also already ready for self-serving so no need to wait. Perfect when you need to get quick yet healthy food quickly before your train.

Their lunch menu has several options and the meal is served with fresh ingredients. The cafe is quite busy during the day but the staffs handle things briskly with friendly attitude.
